We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to join our team and contribute to the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of software applications.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.
Utilize automated testing tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in test execution.
Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Work closely with development teams to facilitate the resolution and validation of reported issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new software releases do not adversely impact existing functionality.
Conduct performance testing to assess and optimize the speed, scalability, and responsiveness of software applications
Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of quality throughout the development process.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide updates on testing progress and discuss potential roadblocks
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Proficient in test automation tools and scripting languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
