We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as an HR Generalist. In this job role, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within our organization. You will work closely with management to implement HR policies and procedures, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and support various HR initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR skills and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
2-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3-Conduct new employee orientations and assist in onboarding activities, including paperwork and training.
4-Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
5-Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
6-Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
7-Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and employee status changes.
8-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
9-Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance appraisals.
Qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Masters in Human Resource will be a plus.
2-Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
3-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4-Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
5-Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
6-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7-Experience in managing a team efficiently.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role or a related role in Software industry(Preference would be given to Software house experience)
