JOB DESCRIPTION
- LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HR STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH THE COMPANY’S GROWTH, CULTURE, AND BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
- ENSURE LEGAL AND REGULATORY HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IN COMPLIANCE WITH LABOR LAWS.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES TO ATTRACT TOP TALENT FOR RETAIL STORES & HEAD OFFICE AND OVERSEE ONBOARDING PROGRAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS INTEGRATION OF NEW HIRES.
- DESIGN RETENTION STRATEGIES TO REDUCE EMPLOYEE TURNOVER AND ENHANCE EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION.
- OVERSEE AND MANAGE THE HR DEPARTMENT BUDGET, ENSURING EFFICIENT ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES ACROSS HR FUNCTIONS. MONITOR AND ANALYZE HR SPENDING, IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR COST REDUCTION AND OPTIMIZATION. COLLABORATE WITH THE FINANCE TEAM TO ENSURE HR BUDGET ALIGNMENT WITH OVERALL ORGANIZATIONAL FINANCIAL GOALS.
- CREATE AND EXECUTE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES TO FOSTER A POSITIVE AND INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE CULTURE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE RETENTION, MOTIVATION, AND JOB SATISFACTION.
- FOSTER A CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING, OFFERING TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCE EMPLOYEE SKILLS AND CAREER GROWTH.
- CONDUCT REGULAR EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK SESSIONS AND SURVEYS TO GAUGE MORALE AND ADDRESS CONCERNS.
- DEVELOP AND MANAGE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEMS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY GOALS.
- PROVIDE COACHING AND SUPPORT TO MANAGERS ON PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT.
- OVERSEE THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PROGRAMS, WHILE ENSURING INTERNAL ADMINISTRATION AND BENEFITS PROGRAMS AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL POLICIES AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
- CREATE REWARD AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMS TO CELEBRATE EMPLOYEE ACHIEVEMENTS.
- PROMOTE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION INITIATIVES, ENSURING EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
- OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING OFFICE MANAGEMENT, FACILITIES, AND GENERAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
- UTILIZE HR METRICS AND ANALYTICS TO DRIVE DECISION-MAKING AND IMPROVE HR PROCESSES.
- PREPARE MONTHLY MANAGEMENT REPORTS ON HR ACTIVITIES, TURNOVER RATES, AND WORKFORCE TRENDS, AND USE HR ANALYTICS TO MAKE DATA-DRIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS TO HR OPERATIONS, COSTS, AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION.
- OVERSEE THE MANAGEMENT OF CORPORATE OFFICES, RETAIL STORES, AND WAREHOUSES.
- ENSURE EFFICIENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS.
- MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES, MAINTENANCE, AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE NEEDS.
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS ACROSS ALL LOCATIONS.
- IMPLEMENT SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND CONDUCT REGULAR AUDITS.
- PLAN AND COORDINATE COMPANY EVENTS, MEETINGS, AND CONFERENCES.
- OVERSEE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, MEETING COORDINATION, AND GENERAL OFFICE LOGISTICS.
