Outfitters Pakistan Jobs Executive Secretary to CEO:
we are looking for ” Executive Secretary” for our CEO . he/she will be responsible for following task
· Maintain CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
· Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence and direct them when appropriate
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
· Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
· Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
· Take dictation and write correspondence.
· Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
· Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
· Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
· Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
· Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
