We are hiring for “AM Sales Tax” for Outfitters;
• Filing of monthly, annual and all statutory returns
• Responding to notices issued / proceedings initiated by FBR on timely basis without any unnecessary delay or adjournments.
• Coordinating with in house IT, FBR and PRAL authorities for resolution of POS integration issues
• Able to make compliance independently for the notices/ letters issued from the tax department
• Capable to attend and contest hearings before the Taxation Officer and Commissioner with all preparation and case knowledge
• Shall be responsible to supervise and monitor the subordinate staff of tax department
• Coordinating with developers for developing in-house automated reports for uploading monthly/annual returns
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferable
• Identifying tax risks on an ongoing basis and striving to bring process efficiencies preferably through automation and implementing best practices
• Maintenance of complete and up to date data as required under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and Sales Tax Act 1990 is maintained in soft and hard forms
• Ensuring tax certificates are issued in time as per applicable laws
