Outfitters Jobs Deputy Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs:
We are looking “Deputy Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs”. The candidate should be able to;
• Assist in analyzing and reviewing the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
• Analyze legal information and do the essential paper work.
• Vet and draft service, transportation, lease and other corporate agreements etc.
• Renew lease if terms have been expired and communicate with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide legal advice on legal rights and applicable laws on Company.
• In case legal case needs to be filed, assist management on understanding the potential options and possible outcomes and legal counsel in filing the same.
• Attend hearings as and when required and report on judgments passed by the courts.
• If required investigate the matter by collecting information and statements of employees.
• Draft inquiry report with findings & recommendations and share with members of inquiry committee for their review.
• Define action plans and coordinate with various government authorities to resolve issues.
• Any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time.
