Otsuka Pakistan Limited is a research-based, Japanese Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, with leadership position in intravenous infusions and specialized clinical nutrition market. As a part of new product launches and business expansion, we are looking for experienced and passionate candidates for the Product Manager position.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in specialized segments such as neuropsychiatry and cardiology/diabetes.
- Develop & execute brand strategies, communications & collaterals based on rigorous market insights.
- Achieve target market share of assigned brands/portfolio.
- Execute promo/tactical plans following through on business/ROI.
- Prepare and manage respective portfolio budget.
- Work on field force training and development on brand strategies, messages and rebuttals.
- Knowledge of product feasibility and new product launches activities.
- Good team management skill and ability to effectively communicate across all organizational and operational levels.
Job Details:
- Location: Shahra-e-Faisal
- Education: Pharm-D or equivalent, Science graduate, MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 03 to 05 years in reputable National / Multinational Pharma company.
