🔹 We’re Hiring – Key Accounts Executive (Oraimo, Lahore) 🔹
Oraimo is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Accounts Executive to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
💼 Package: PKR 80,000 – 90,000
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key clients.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate internally with sales, operations, finance, and support teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and order fulfillment.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Assist in developing account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
