Requirements:
-Prepare daily journal entries and ensure proper general ledger coding in support of monthly closings
-Prime product and/or component cost monitoring & analysis
-Check contracts and invoices regarding the taxes terms and manage the tax filing
-Budgeting and expense analysis, assist in the preparation of yearly budget and forecast
-Manage the inventory reconciliation and valuation
-Maintain the aging report for inventory
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
-Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Accounting & Finance
-The professional background of 5-10 years within the manufacturing industry/plant as an accountant, preferably working for multinational companies
-Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and cost analysis
-Advanced knowledge of local taxes policies and tax filing
-Proficiency with Oracle EBS and personal computers and advanced spreadsheet software skills
-Proficiency in the English language is required, Mandarin will be a plus
-Hard-working, can-do attitude and pay attention to details

•Responsible for full sets of accounts
•Maintaining general ledger and account reconciliations
•Prepare financial statements
•Preparation of month-end close reporting packages, including FP&A analysis information
•Prepare GST and other tax-related documents for tax filing
•Handle intercompany processing and reconciliations
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
•Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
•Professional background of 5-10 years within manufacturing industry/plant as general ledger, preferably working for multinational companies;
•Advance knowledge of Accounting principles, tax, and reporting;
•Proficiency with Oracle EBS and personal computers and advanced spreadsheet software skills;
•Experiences from both in-house and accounting firm is required, big four experience is a plus
•Proficiency in the English language is required, Mandarin will be a plus
•Hard working, can-do attitude and pay attention to details.
