Requirements:
1, Education: College or above (Design College graduate preferred)
2, Major: Art and design major
3, interview need to provide at least 5 original design works (involving plagiarism refused to hire)
Assessment:
1, require 2 days to complete a design requirement (e.g. improvise to design a promotional poster for any phone)
- Complete a logical thinking test paper within half an hour (print out the test questions and answer them on the spot)
