We are seeking an experienced 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our team in Lahore, specifically to coordinate with our back end \ HO operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination between our Pakistan office and back end \ HO operations , providing translation support, and performing operational tasks to ensure smooth operations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Coordinate with the back end \ HO operations on various operational matters, including SBP-related requirements
- Provide translation support for the China IT team, including translating verbal communications and written documents
- Manage the coordination of tasks and projects
- Assist in resolving operational issues and troubleshooting problems
- Perform app-related tasks, such as sending in-app notifications and updating customer information
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2+ years of experience in business coordination or a related field
- Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin) additional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with customer service and complaint management
- Familiarity with SBP regulations and reporting requirements
