We are seeking an experienced 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our team in Lahore, specifically to coordinate with our back end \ HO operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination between our Pakistan office and back end \ HO operations , providing translation support, and performing operational tasks to ensure smooth operations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Coordinate with the back end \ HO operations on various operational matters, including SBP-related requirements
  • Provide translation support for the China IT team, including translating verbal communications and written documents
  • Manage the coordination of tasks and projects
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and troubleshooting problems
  • Perform app-related tasks, such as sending in-app notifications and updating customer information

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • 2+ years of experience in business coordination or a related field
  • Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin) additional
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with customer service and complaint management
  • Familiarity with SBP regulations and reporting requirements
