Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.
-Ensure production targets (quantity, quality, timelines) are met efficiently.
-Coordinate with maintenance for timely equipment repairs or preventive maintenance.
-Troubleshoot process or machinery issues to minimize downtime.
-Prepare shift handover reports and communicate with incoming/outgoing shift managers.
-Record production metrics (OEE, downtime, yield, waste, etc.)
-Update Production Manager/Head of Production on key issues or achievements.
-Ensure adherence to product quality standards and company SOPs.
-Ensure that food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) are followed during his shift
-Maintain accurate shift production records and quality logs.
