Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via All Social Media Platforms/ Phone & WhatsApp
- Answer general customer queries
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Resolve complex customer issues by utilizing effective problem-solving skills
- Provide guidance and support to junior support staff
- Ensure adherence to customer service guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Coordination with courier and logistics companies about orders/ parcels
- Should have hands on experience with OMS software e.g. Ginkgo.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
Job Specification:
- Minimum Graduation
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years working experience in relevant field
