Job Overview
The role oversees and is responsible for managing needle store operations and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and buyer requirements. The role includes issuing and receiving needles, maintaining inventory and breakage records, conducting audits, and coordinating with sewing, quality, and compliance teams to support safe and controlled production operations.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Education: Intermediate / Bachelor Degree
- Minimum Experience: 3–5 Years (Denim Garments Preferred)
Core Competencies
- Manage needle store operations as per company needle control policy.
- Issue and receive sewing needles against proper records and approvals.
- Maintain accurate needle inventory, breakage records, and disposal logs.
- Ensure compliance with buyer and safety needle control requirements.
- Conduct regular needle audits and physical verification.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly needle control reports.
- Coordinate with sewing, quality, and compliance teams.
- Ensure proper storage and controlled access to needles and sharp tools.
