Job Overview: The role oversees and controlling Work-In-Process (WIP) across all cutting stages to ensure accurate fabric utilization, timely issuance, and smooth workflow to sewing and other downstream departments. The role includes maintaining real-time cutting status, tracking daily cut quantities, balancing input vs. output, and ensuring that all cut bundles are properly tagged, stored, and issued according to production plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Education:
- Minimum Experience: 5–7 Years (Denim Garments Preferred).
Core Competencies:
- Verify marker plans, cut ratios, shade bands, and shrinkage status before issuing cut panels.
- Maintain updated WIP records and ensure accurate tracking of all cut components.
- Analyze shortages and highlight delays to prevent workflow interruptions.
- Coordinate closely with cutting, planning, warehouse, and sewing teams to avoid bottlenecks.
- Ensure FIFO issuance and proper handling, tagging, and storage of bundles.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and required documentation.
