Key Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar plant equipment (PV modules, inverters, transformers, etc.).
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal plant performance.
*Monitor plant operations through SCADA systems and analyze performance data.
*Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
*Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
*Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
*2+ years of experience in solar plant operations and maintenance.
*Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical networks.
*Proficiency in SCADA systems and data analysis tools.
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
