Job Responsibilities:
- Developing & implementing production plans, managing resources, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring efficient production processes to meet customer demands & quality standards.
- Plan, organize & implement production plans according to available capacity & resources.
- Coordinate with production & other supportive departments to ensure smooth achievement of targets.
- Prepare & implement Time & Action plan for upcoming orders till shipment along with the responsible department.
- Actively involved throughout the production process to address issues and ensure all processes are running effectively.
- Develop effective SOPs & ensure smooth implementation to avoid any inconvenience.
- Ensure weekly/monthly cutting & dispatch plans to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in the garments industry.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills & team management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
