We’re Hiring Manager Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation & execution of annual audit plan
- Supervise operational, compliance, and financial audits.
- Perform and control the full audit cycle whilst identifying and reporting inefficiencies in operations, non-compliance of any applicable financial, corporate or tax directives / regulations / company policy.
- Perform material reconciliation, undertake stock checks.
- Verify suppliers, contractors, piece rate payments.
- Record audit observations supported by audit evidence, make recommendations that are practical and cost-efficient.
- Follow-up implementation of reported recommendations and internal controls. Escalate matters as and when required.
- Perform special audit/ investigation exercise as required by the Board.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of production process, nature of various costs and impact on bottom line.
- Self-motivated, results oriented and possesses good analytical and communication skills.
- Candidate must be detailed-oriented, with a strong focus and highest level of professionalism.
- Good understanding of contractual and commercial matters.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor
Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in Textile or Garment Sector.
