We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in the Merchandising department to join our team at Nizam. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and possess a strong enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge in textile merchandising processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in and basic understanding of the textile industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the textile business.
Basic knowledge of textile production processes is a plus.
