Job Description:
- Prepare & Analyze Efficiency Reports (GDP, Washing, Finishing)
- Prepare & Analysis of Bottlenecks & M/c Downtime (NPT) Reports.
- Formulate Capacity Study, Target & Style Constraint Reports.
- Process Design or Product Layout Reports.
- PPC Monthly Plan Evaluation Reports.
- Plan Vs Actual Reports..
- OBs at Order Allocation Stage.
- OBs at Bulk Stage.
- Productivity Improvement & Cost Saving Projects.
- Prepare Various Reports as per requirement of Top Management.
- Conduct Trainings on Standard Method of GDP, Washing and Finishing Packing.
- Must have Strong Grip on GDP/GWP/Finishing IE Functions.
