Position: Senior Assistant Visual Merchandiser
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and sales performance.
- Plan and implement window and in-store displays, including mannequin styling and product placement, in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of VM standards across South, North, and Central regions.
- Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and operations to deliver timely and effective campaign execution.
- Guide and train store and VM teams, analyze store performance, and introduce creative, trend-driven display solutions.
Qualification, Experience & Location:
- Education: Fashion graduate from a well-reputed institute.
- Experience: Three to five years of relevant experience in the fashion/retail industry, specifically in Visual Merchandising.
- Location: Karachi (South Region)
