Position: Deputy Manager “Floor Planner”
Job Description:
- Job scheduling: Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment.
- Define process flow: Setting & predefining process flow of each order.
- Loading plan: Able to devise effective line/group loading plan.
- Line planning: Preparing detailed line planning with daily production target for the production line.
- Follow up and execution: Keeping close follow up to the plan to keep it on track. Â
Minimum Educational Requirement: BSc Textile/Industrial Engineering from well reputed organization.
Required Experience: Minimum 05 years in well reputed organization in relevant capacity.

Position: Senior Fashion Designer
Responsibilities:
- Seasonal planning and documentation of both “NISHA” and “FTB” fabrics.
- Division of fabric folders between designers and get them stitched according to required stitching details.
- Updating the documents on receiving of any of articles.
- Co-ordination with embroidery department about availability of articles embroideries.
- Co-ordination with textile department regarding any change in fabric print or color.
- Co-ordination with marketing department about planning the shoot date by emails.
- Follow up of all the articles in stitching process according to the priorities.
- Arranging the shoot racks and approvals of stitched garments.
- Getting the shoot document done and forwarding the shoot to the marketing department.
R&D:
- Development of new blocks according to the requirements of both current and upcoming seasons.

Position: Deputy Manager (Production)
Job Description:
- Reporting to HOD Production.
- Responsible to managing WIP deptt.
- Job Scheduling: Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from cut to pack.
- Re-present production in PP meetings with category.
- Define Process Flow in PP meeting with all stake holders and Predefining Process Flow of each order.
- Manage daily reports circle with teams & update concerns.
- Responsible to generate exceptions from different departments with solutions dates.
- Close co-ordination with I.E team for authentic reports of productions with SAM’s efficiency.
- Follow up and execution update to HOD on daily basis.
- Keeping Close follow up with help of WIP team of all departments for smooth productions.
