· Designing and developing training programs as per need and execute accordingly.
· Responsible to designed TNA with in Department to identify performance/skill gaps to improve employee job performance.
· Responsible for orientation and training of new associates at all level.
· Partnered department heads to craft personal development of the staff.
Applicable Skills:
· Excellent time management skills
· Good Knowledge of MS Word & MS excel
· Capable of working under pressure
· flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
· Problem-solving skills
