Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for creating a positive and motivational workplace culture.
- Liaise with the management team to help drive communication within the organization to support the employee engagement strategy.
- Create communications plan to drive awareness and participation.
- Develop tracking, reports and summary posts regarding employee experience to share and drive awareness internally and externally on various communication platforms
- Develop and manage employee engagement experience feedback surveys
Requirements:
A suitable candidate for this role would be: - Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field
- Having 2-4 years’ experience in engaging workforce through planned activities/ initiatives in reputable organizations.
- Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
