MTO/Executive – HR
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual for the position of Management Trainee Officer /Executive – HR. The selected candidate will act as a generalist and support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, data management, and HRIS-related tasks. This role is designed to develop future HR leaders through hands-on exposure and structured learning.
Qualifications:
- Graduate – BBA or MBA (Specialization in HR) from a reputable university
Requirement:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh can also apply. Females are encouraged.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in employee engagement activities
