Position: Team Lead – Fixed Network Department

Netkom Technologies is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Team Lead within our Fixed Network Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of telecommunications technology.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of fixed network infrastructure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and reliability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the department.
Collaborate with senior management to develop departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on fixed network infrastructure.
Proven leadership experience, including team management and project coordination.
Strong understanding of fixed network technologies such as DSL, fiber optics, and Ethernet.
Proficiency in network design and configuration, including knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
