Netkom Technologies is looking to hire RF Technical Expert for its Islamabad (Pakistan) Office.
Project Duration: Long Term
Experience: 8 Years (Huawei Experience must with overseas experience to be preferred)
Technology: GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
Role: The role is to train the existing team of RF engineers of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G for tasks including but not limited to KPI monitoring, Optimization, Scripting, SSV and cluster report preparation, Quality check of the delivered work and providing solution to the complex queries.
Expertise and Skills:
Well versed with hands-on experience of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G Networks.
Must be able to do root cause analysis of issues.
Must have capability to train and lead a team of RF resources.
Have technical management capabilities for large-scale network planning and optimization projects. Good communication and program writing skills.
network planning based on network evaluation, including networking strategy, medium- and long-term traffic forecast, capacity and coverage solution, and LAC planning, and provide reasonable suggestions for long-term healthy network development.
Should perform in-depth and systematic analysis on KPIs, optimize the network, such as call drop optimization, handover optimization, interference optimization, data service optimization, and RF optimization, and provide key and feasible optimization suggestions.

Project daily and dashboard maintenance.
Network Director Monthly and Weekly Report
WCL Analysis (Daily and weekly)
Weekly work meeting with customer
Weekly Data backup
Daily Optimization changes implementation
Parameter and neighbor Audit
Data fill preparation for new site on-air (from MS)
Capacity evaluation and KPI monitor for Special event.
ME report monthly
