Position: RF Project Manager
Availability: Immediate
Location: Islamabad
Experience: 8 Years
Technology: GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
Expertise and Skills Required:
Lead and manage RF projects, including KPI monitoring, Single Site Verification (SSV), cluster Scopes, etc.
Analyze and optimize network KPIs to meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks.
Must be Proficient with Huawei Tools.
Manage and coordinate with teams for the efficient execution of RF tasks.
Prepare and deliver clear, actionable cluster and site-level performance reports.
Interacted with client teams and ensured timely delivery.
Foster strong team communication and promote productivity through effective man-to-man management.
Must be able to screen potential candidates to be shared with the customer.
Must maintain all delivery data.
Must apply acceptances of the Delivered Scope.
Proven experience in RF project management (4–8 years preferred).
Strong understanding of wireless technologies (LTE, 5G) and KPI analytics.
Excellent leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage timelines and ensure project deliverables of high quality.
Must be able to train the resources.
