Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Enterprise pre-sales team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop effective pre-sales strategies and solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end pre-sales process, including solution discovery, needs analysis, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understand their Enterprise requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and competition in the Enterprise industry, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze pre-sales metrics, performance data, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and implement continuous enhancement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Enterprise pre-sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial-level role.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise products, services, and solutions, including cloud computing, networking, telecommunications infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
