Netkom Communication Technologies (LCC) is seeking to fill the following vacancy,
Director Operation (O&M)- (Managed Services)
Nationwide Overall In charge of FLM operation of all Regions
Directly reporting to Senior Management
Responsible for SLA & KPI adherence with interface departments and customers.
In charge of FM subcontractor/teams Competence Development and growth
Ensure that FM Comply with processes, and procedures to provide world-class network availability and reliability
Responsible for all Planned Work activities related to FM
To manage and control all operational issues & agenda
Interface with the regional customer and handle customer complaints about field maintenance work
Manage day-to-day Maintenance of Radio (BSS) & Transmission (MW) and 3rd party equipment
Maintain adequate technical support staff for BSS & Transmission and 3rd party
Manage all the activities with allocated resources (man & machine) with the best utilization
Raise Regional coordinator to improve Service Performance and Obligations/Problems
Analyse of Field maintenance report
Project Management and Control
Quality Deployment and integration of new nodes (infra as well as equipment)
Field maintenance delivery quality surveillance and control
Field maintenance activity management on a national-wide level.
Maintenance and installing new wireless networks, such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or LTE, and 5G networks
Good communication and presentation skills at the senior management level internal and externally

The Middle East or Overseas working experience is preferred.

Team Lead – Field Maintenance (FLM)

Telecom field engineers are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment. Field engineers must be able to work independently.
Telecom field engineers have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Extensive knowledge of Telecom Mobile network monitoring, networking fundamentals, and network communication systems
Hands-on experience in installing, operating, and maintaining network cables and equipment. Well-versed in advanced network technologies, power supply equipment, and network peripheral devices
Proficient in communicating effectively with excellent organizational and management skills
Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed
Maintenance and installing new wireless networks, such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or LTE, and 5G networks
Installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, modems, computers, and other hardware. (MBB, EM, Fixed/OSP
Hands-on working experience in team management, SLA Mgmt., Follow-up, Customer management, Shift management, etc.
Working experience of more than 3 years with Managed Service Projects.
Multivendor working experience with Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson.
