MANAGER QA/QC & COMPLIANCE

Naurus (Pvt) Ltd. is one of the leading food processing industry of Pakistan. We are looking for Manager QA/QC & Compliance to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create & Implement Quality Standards in line with Company’s Quality Objectives.
- Implement & Maintain Compliance programs; HACCP, ISO & Halal.
- Establishment of quality protocols, procedures and specifications for raw material, production processes and finished products.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audit and advise preventive & corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production & Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.
- Train & Motivate employees to ensure Quality Standards are met.
- Stay updated with regulatory matters including FDA, FSA, EFSA, SFDA & others.
Requirements:
- Masters’ Degree in Food Science / Microbiology.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role in Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Must have Experience in R&D.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO & HALAL Systems.
- Excellent communications skills and team player.
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
