Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in textile product development, sourcing, or a related role
Job Description:
- Strong understanding of Terry and Fabrics.
- Assist to development of new textile products, including terry towels, fabrics, and other related products, from concept to production.
- Ensure products are designed to meet customer specifications, taking into account fabric properties, colors, patterns, and finishes.
- Review and update existing products to improve quality, reduce costs, and maintain competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in both local and international textile markets, particularly in the terry fabric sector.
- Developed customized layouts for yarn-dyed towel and fabric products, meticulously aligning designs with customer specifications to ensure optimal satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
- Create and update a catalog of innovative materials, designs, and trends to stay ahead of market demands and inspire product development.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and technical tools.
