Mywater Pakistan (A Multinet associated company) is hiring for a Manager Revenue Assurance
Responsibilities:
- Supervise monthly collection activity pertaining to individuals or corporate customers.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements to recover outstanding debts while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communication and agreements.
- Investigate and analyze debtor information to determine the most effective recovery approach.
- Ensure to meet departmental objectives which have been assigned by the management.
- Timely collection of monthly recurring charges and one-time charges from customers.
- Liaise with legal teams, when necessary, to initiate legal proceedings for debt recovery.
- Timely issuance of monthly invoices and provide ad hoc management reports pertaining to collection.
- Resolving disputes pertaining to customer’s monthly invoices, receivables and tax related discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, tracking progress and taking appropriate actions.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of debt recovery efforts and success rates.
Requirements:
- Post Graduation
- Prior experience in debt recovery & collections.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and guidelines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in using excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
