WE ARE HIRING Reconciliation Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with production, processing, stitching & operations teams for all reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare and verify weekly reconciliation reports, stitching reports, efficiency reports, and summary reports.
- Attend weekly meetings and share meeting minutes with concerned departments.
- Collect data from relevant units and ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and documentation.
- Report discrepancies to management and support corrective actions.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related.
- 2–4 years of reconciliation/accounting experience.
- Strong analytical & MS Excel and SAP skills.
- Textile industry background preferred.

WE ARE HIRING Accounts Payable (Lead / Executive)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and verify invoices for dyes & chemicals, accessories, greige fabric, stitching contractors, shipping & clearing agents.
- Match and reconcile GRN/FRN, PO, rate lists, quantities, packing lists, and related documents.
- Prepare and route payment summaries for approval.
- Maintain vendor ledger reconciliations, debit/credit notes, and monthly AP reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Stitching, Export/Import, and Treasury teams.
REQUIREMENT:
- ICMA (Part Qualified), MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Executive: 2–3 years AP experience
- Lead: 5–6 years AP experience
- Strong AP concepts, reconciliation skills, and ERP/Excel proficiency.
- Textile industry background preferred.
