Positions: Relationship Manager
Department: Retail Banking Sales
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Job Description: The primary responsibility of this high profile position is to achieve assigned branch banking targets by generating deposit and cross selling of other consumer banking products.
Relationship Managers are to:
. Achieve assigned Deposit targets on monthly basis through New to bank customers to manage & grow deposit portfolio assigned by the branch management.
. Achieve assigned Cross-sales target of all consumer banking products (Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Bancassurance, Personal Loan etc.)
. Maintain high service quality standards while interacting with the customers for business retention.
Minimum Education/Skills:
· Minimum graduation with knowledge of banking products and processes.
· Strong interpersonal skills with approachable and friendly personality; Good communication skills (Written & verbal); Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Minimum Experience: Preferably 1 year relevant experience
Location: Positions available all across Pakistan.
