Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our consumer Electronic segment in Lahore city.The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and retail channels, dealer networks, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to ensure business growth
✅ Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers and field staff
✅ Drive both primary and secondary sales with a result-oriented approach
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
✅ Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify growth opportunities
✅ Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, HR, etc.)
✅ Track sales performance through digital dashboards and reporting tools
✅ Quickly respond to market shifts, promotional activities, and channel feedback
 Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
 Experience: 3–5 years in sales leadership, ideally in Consumer Electronics/ White Goods
ï‚· Skills: Strong in selling, negotiation, forecasting, team management, and reporting
ï‚· Knowledge: In-depth understanding of retail/dealer networks, trade marketing, and area planning
