Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Medical Counselor for its Head Office based in Clifton, Karachi. The incumbent would be responsible to provide exceptional patient care and support, addressing patient queries, ensuring the quality of digital consultations, and maintaining high standards in compliance with principal quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Respond to patient calls and queries referred by call center agents for additional information.
✅ Issue digital prescriptions to patients, as needed.
✅ Ensure all agents follow principal-specified quality parameters.
✅ Facilitate and support quality audits conducted by principal related to digital consultations.
✅ Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as defined by principal
Qualifications:
➖ Education: MBBS with1 to 2 years of experience
➖ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
➖ Experience in patient care or medical counseling is an advantage.
➖ Ability to work collaboratively with teams and meet quality standards.
➖ Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for teleconsultation is a plus.
