JOB OPPORTUNITY Service Delivery Head – Lahore
Location: Lahore, Pakistan Department: Operations Industry: Courier & Logistics
We are seeking a disciplined, dynamic, and performance-driven professional to join our team as Service Delivery Head – Lahore. This critical leadership role oversees the end-to-end operational delivery within Lahore and adjoining areas, ensuring adherence to performance KPIs, service excellence, and compliance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Retired Army officers of the rank Major or Lieutenant Colonel, preferably from logistics, transport, or administrative corps.
- Age not exceeding 48 years.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Lahore.
- Strong command, leadership, and resource management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise regional operations teams across multiple service categories (Domestic, COD, General Heavy, Bulk).
- Ensure compliance with operational KPIs including delivery timelines, system-based tracking, and resource deployment.
- Coordinate with Head Office and inter-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
- Implement route optimization and resource planning strategies.
- Maintain strict oversight on attendance, grooming, and field discipline of operations staff.
- Timely resolution of customer complaints and network service gaps.
