Branch Incharge – Patoki
The Position will be responsible for smooth & efficient functioning of operational & administrative activities of branch by increasing the business revenue & maintaining branch profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Book shipments & sentiments orders of walk-in customers & offer them other M&P services.
- Ensure security checks of each shipment.
- Submit cash sale within the specified time.
- Ensure timely delivery & pickup of material.
- Visit existing clients and make news to increase the business & revenue of the Branch.
- Ensure timely recovery from clients & submission to Company’s account.
- Ensure 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Create full awareness & understanding among the staff of all the instructions issued from Area/Head Office.
- Train & counsel staff.
- Handle the inquiries/complaints of customers and reply to them promptly & courteously to resolve their issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of Branch Office.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Masters
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years
Age:
- Minimum 28 years
