Assistant Manager Learning & Communications – Karachi
The position will be responsible for developing and implementing learning initiatives & digital content creation alongside communication strategies that drive employee engagement and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage course development, content creation, and reporting.
- Responsible for creating course outlines, setting learning objectives, and drafting scripts.
- Responsible for recording courses with subject matter experts, ensuring engaging content aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage internal memos, newsletters, emails, and announcements.
- Design and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Responsible for overseeing the creation, editing, and distribution of the company’s internal newsletter.
Qualification: Graduate and/or Masters
Experience: 1 – 4 years
Age: 22 to 34 Years
