Assistant Manager Billing

The position will be responsible to look after all reports regarding billing and coordination with all the zone managers and accountants for billing and resolve all queries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Finalize Debit and Credit notes with coordination of the entire network.
- Finalizing the invoice summary.
- Monitor and maintain the downward rate revision.
- Ensure timely execution of daily, weekly, special, & monthly billing.
- Ensure weight discrepancy monitoring and its correction.
- Manual invoice submission for different projects as per customer requirements.
- Share the project revenue with HR.
- Rate revision in the system with coordination of IT and its verification.
- Ensure clearance of pre-billing reports.
Qualification: 📌 MBA-Fin and/or ICMA
Experience:📌 2 – 3 years
Age: 📌 28 to 32 years
