WE ARE HIRING COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Key Accounts, Customer Service, or in a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
SKILLS
- Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes.
- Analytical skills with hands-on expertise in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
LOCATION
- Karachi, Pakistan
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, needs, and challenges, while identifying possibilities to improve the process.
- Proactively address problems and deliver solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ensure correct data consolidation for the client’s approval for further processing.
- Liaise between cross-functional departments, i.e., Operations and Finance, for timely submission of invoices.
- Monitor and ensure timely recovery as per credit terms agreed upon with clients.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
