Job Title: HR Generalist – Data & Analytics
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Director HR
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Role Purpose:
To support the HR function through strong analytical capability, data management, and reporting excellence. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, generating HR insights, and supporting HR projects with dashboards, analytics, and presentations. This position bridges HR operations with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update employee master data in HRIS/Excel databases with accuracy. Generate monthly HR dashboards, headcount summaries, and attrition reports. Develop and automate reports and trackers (recruitment, attendance, benefits, etc.) using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Support HR audits through data accuracy and documentation control.
- Analytics & Insights Analyze HR trends across turnover, absenteeism, demographics, and recruitment.
Prepare visual reports for management review using Excel and PowerPoint. Support compensation analysis, benchmarking, and grading data compilation. Provide insights that guide leadership decisions on people and productivity. - HR Operations Support
- Coordinate hiring data, candidate pipelines, and onboarding reports.
- Prepare employee letters, confirmation status reports, and contract renewals.
- Manage personnel files, leave records, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support engagement surveys and analyze participation and feedback data.
- Track recognition initiatives and maintain monthly engagement dashboards.
- Assist in designing HR newsletters, updates, and HR communication visuals.
- Project & System Support
- Assist Director HR in HR transformation projects (grading, salary bands, dashboards).
- Collaborate with IT or vendors for HR system data migration and testing.
- Ensure process documentation and SOPs are updated and aligned with HR metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: BBA/MBA in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.
Experience: 3–6 years in HR analytics, HR operations, or reporting in MNC FMCG/manufacturing setup.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Formulas).
- PowerPoint and reporting design skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS or data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
