Job Title: Factory Manager
Location: Renala Khurd, Okara.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of factory operations at our plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing productivity, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, and
quality control. - Develop and implement production schedules and allocate resources
efficiently. - Monitor and enhance production efficiency, output quality, and safety
measures. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and lead the factory team, providing guidance and training to
enhance productivity. - Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Implement cost control measures to maintain budgetary efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or production
management role, preferably in the food industry. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing
practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
