Job Title: Deputy Manager Quality Assurance
Location : Renala Khurd, Okara
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Quality Assurance to manage and maintain quality control and assurance systems at our plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure
product quality and safety. - Conduct quality audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to regulatory
standards. - Supervise and train QA staff on quality control processes and best –
practices. - Monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and areas
for improvement. - Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management and external audits.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the
food processing industry. - In-depth knowledge of quality standards, HACCP, and ISO certifications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
