Key Responsibilities
- Ensure starch cooking process as per standard.
- Ensure starch and additives applications as per product quality requirements.
- Dyes solutions preparations and applications as per product quality requirements.
- Maintain necessary inventory of required chemicals to avoid any stoppage.
- Research and development for cost reduction of chemicals and starch.
- Plan and conduct trials to evaluate new sources and make ROI.
- Training and development of shifts staff.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.
