Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills (GFG) is looking for AGM-Admin & IR.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15 Years or above
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Location: Mirpurkhas, Sindh.
- Oversee and manage all administrative activities within the factory.
- Develop, implement and maintain administrative policies, procedures and system to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Employment and Labor Laws
- Handle disciplinary procedures, liason with legal advisor, trade union and CBA matters.
- Coordinate and build relations with different contractors and government bodies and agencies.
- Monitor the matter of accommodation in colonies, officer mess, guest house, staff canteen, staff transport and warehouses.
- Monitor EOBI, SESSI, etc and related matters.
- Manage all the admin sections i.e. sugar godown, main store, time office, gate office, security, local purchase dispensary
