Job Description: We are hiring a Full-time Data Entry Operator for our on-site office located in Karachi Division. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for inputting customer and account data from source documents within specified time frames. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry for inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Manage stock records, including receipts, storage, and issuance.
• Process customer orders and update their status.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports and analyze data for insights.
• Maintain organized records and data security.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Use technology for efficient data management.
• Address issues and suggest process improvements.
• Follow compliance and documentation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Good understanding of data confidentiality principles
• Experience with relevant software programs and databases a plus
• Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus
