Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager in the Sales & Marketing department. The position would require the candidate to collaborate with various stakeholders to build growth strategies for the business. This includes but is not limited to:
Identifying market growth opportunities in the work-wear market through effective research;
Initiating and executing business development activities that allow the company to diversify product base and expand into new markets;
Leading Marketing and Promotion activities through the development and curation of marketing content for the division;
Generating leads and increasing brand awareness for the business and leading sales of work-wear products in Pakistan.

Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for a Plant Manager in the Operations department. The position would require the candidate to ensure the smooth execution of manufacturing and other plant related operations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Maintaining and improving production outputs and product quality, while ensuring timely shipments;
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to maintain plant efficiencies;
- Managing plant activity and resources within the budget;
- Ensuring compliance with plant safety policies and procedures;
- Practicing people and conflict management.

The position would require the candidate to take a leading role in meeting budgeted sales targets while increasing the business’s customer portfolio. This includes but is not limited to:
- Developing and implementing account strategy for sustainable order inflow;
- Increasing and strengthening the growth for topline and pipeline;
- Analyzing the market and customer reactions for sales’ forecast and efficiently plan around the market needs;
- Monitoring stock movements and determine pricing accordingly to deliver OWC targets;
- Negotiating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer relationships and sales;

Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for a Sr. Officer Costing in the Finance department. The position would require the candidate to work on key costing and budgeting financials along with its reporting. This includes but is not limited to:
- Gathering business data and preparation of the information according to standard reporting procedures to critical internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets at unit and consolidated level.
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) cost forecasts.
- Assessing and recording costs and activity planning for the improvement of working capital management
