We are looking for Sales Coordinator Based in Multan
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
- Minimum Bachelors or equivalent HEC recognized degree
Knowledge and skills
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Should be in Intermediate level of MS Office usage
- Hands on experience of working with Oracle ERP
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Â
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Processing Sales Orders and Distributors’ Payments
- Checking and verifying Distributors’ claims
- Checking and verifying Field Force expenses
- Ensuring timely activation of new distributors
- Giving after-sales support and resolve customers’ complaints
- Coordinate for schemes and discount offers
- Recording daily volume and collection achievement vs target of assigned regions’ sales team
- Ensuring distributor-wise data synchronization at master database
- Analyzing the sales team progress, identify gaps and highlight improvement areas
- Assisting in preparation of promotional material and organizing events
- Acting as a liaison to communicate relevant information to assigned regions’ sales team
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks
